Thank you for choosing our company for your paver needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, we have established the following shipping policy regarding the delivery of pavers in cubes:

• Delivery Method: Our pavers are delivered by truck, which allows for safe transportation and efficient handling of larger quantities. We strive to provide reliable and timely delivery services to our customers.

• Delivery Area: It is important to ensure that the delivery truck can access the intended drop-off location. Please make sure that the designated area is accessible by a delivery truck without any obstacles or restrictions. If the delivery truck cannot reach the desired location, an additional charge will apply to transport the pavers to the specific delivery location.

• Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup at the manufacturer's plant. This option is available for customers who prefer to collect their pavers directly from our facility. It is a convenient choice for customers who have the means to transport the pavers themselves or have arranged for their own transportation.

• Full Truck Loads: Each truck can carry up to 15 cubes at a time, making it a cost-effective and efficient option for larger projects or when multiple cubes are required. If your order exceeds 15 cubes, additional trucks will need to be paid for to accommodate the extra volume.

• Advance Location Specification: To streamline the delivery process, we require customers to specify the location where the cubes will be dropped in advance. This information should be provided during the ordering process or communicated to our customer service team. This ensures that our delivery team can plan accordingly and efficiently complete the drop-off.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to accurately specify the delivery location. Any changes or additions to the delivery location after the order has been confirmed may result in delays or additional charges.

• Applicable Taxes will be charged to the buyer unless buyer furnishes seller with tax exemption certificate upon PRIOR TO ORDER ENTRY.
• This quote is valid through date specified.
• PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE TO DETERMINE ALL QUANTITIES. Purchaser is required to pay for all materials ordered.
• ADD ORDERS are subject to availability, may be filled from a different production run which may have a color variation. Add orders may be subject to additional mold charges,
set-up charges, add-on fees, and freight charges.
• RECLAIMED BRICK is sold “AS IS” and are not subject to any industry standards and NO CLAIMS will be accepted should they fail expectations.
• Seller will not be held responsible for delay in shipment of above items if caused by strikes, fires, floods, accident, and delays by carrier, acts of God, or any other reason beyond seller’s control.
• Stated terms will apply to all orders.
• The seller is not responsible for ANY DAMAGES that may occur inside the curb.
• All concrete products have color variations. Natural grey products will show SIGNIFICANT COLOR VARIATIONS.
• Smooth face colored masonry units WILL have color variations.
• Efflorescence is a natural result of a chemical reaction in concrete. It cannot be controlled by Belgard and is not the responsibility of Belgard.
• Off-loading charges may apply.

• Orders may not be cancelled once manufacturing begins.
• Delivery to the job-site is to begin within 30 days after receipt on our yard and 100% of the materials ordered must be delivered no later than 90 days after receipt on our yard.
• Purchaser is responsible for determining all quantities.
• Purchaser is required to pay for all materials ordered.
• Special Orders Shapes:
      • 5 Cube Minimum for the designated Color Offering.
• Special Orders may have Mold Charges, Set-Up Charges and Add-On Fees.

At Kronos Builders, we provide estimated delivery dates for our products to manage customer expectations effectively. These delivery dates are only applicable to products that are already available in the inventory and have been manufactured at the plant. For such in-stock items, the estimated delivery timeframe is typically between 5 to 10 days from the date of order placement.

It is important to note that these delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees of delivery timelines. Several factors can influence the actual delivery date. These include the order processing time, the performance of shipping carriers, and the location of the shipping destination. While we work diligently to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, external factors such as weather conditions and transit delays may impact delivery.

Upon placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email that includes the estimated delivery date based on product availability.
